• Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be completed at www.studentaid.gov, using Saint Elizabeth University's School Code: 002600. Please note that the FAFSA is a free application.

Please note: If you are interested in accepting any federal student loans, the following forms must be completed:

• Entrance Loan Counseling to be completed at www.studentaid.gov. This procedure must be completed within 30 minutes; otherwise, confirmation will not be sent to the University, even though it will provide confirmation to the student. There is no save option.
• Federal Direct Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN) to be completed at www.studentaid.gov. This procedure must be completed within 30 minutes; otherwise, confirmation will not be sent to SEU, even though it will provide confirmation to the student. There is no save option.
• Any additional documents requested by the Financial Aid Office.
