Students and parents can submit electronic files to the Wellness Center by using our off-site Secure File Upload portal. The portal uses secure HTTPS and TLS (Transport Layer Security) processing, which is the same Internet-standard encryption that is normally used for financial transactions. This ensures that files being uploaded across the Internet are well encrypted for privacy.

Once your records are submitted, they will be reviewed as soon as possible. If there is a problem or additional information is needed, you will be contacted by a staff member. Failure to provide the additional information requested in a timely fashion may result in monetary penalties and jeopardize your ability to remain in class and register for future semesters.

Once the records are complete and approved by Health Services, the "health non-compliant" or "immunization stop" will be removed from your Self-Service account and no further action will be needed.
