With 100% online classes and an accelerated format our online RN to BSN program provides a top-notch degree, while preparing you for a successful nursing practice that delivers expert care and compassion to diverse patients in a variety of settings. As with all Saint Elizabeth University programs, our professional and dedicated faculty encourage your pursuit of self-development, clinical advancement, and leadership as you achieve your BSN.

Available as both part-time and full-time, the accelerated full-time program allows you to complete your degree in as little as one year (three semesters including summer).

Based on a long legacy of exceptional nursing education, innovative care and academic research, a RN to BSN degree from Saint Elizabeth University, provides you with the support and guidance you need achieve your goal of becoming a nursing leader.

In today’s ever-evolving healthcare environment, the program also prepares you for continued education at the master's and/or doctoral level.

Most courses are scheduled in seven-week sessions. A Capstone Project provides the senior baccalaureate nursing student the opportunity to integrate working experience and professional knowledge with the culminating interdisciplinary change project in a clinical setting of your choice.

Working individually or in small groups, you will collaborating with members your health team to identify an opportunity for improvement in the healthcare organization.

All RN to BSN nursing courses can be taken through full or part-time study.

Our RN to BSN online program prepares you for a variety of roles, such as:

  • Critical Care Nurse

  • Hospice Nurse

  • Nurse Care Manager

  • Pediatric Nurse

  • Surgical Nurse

  • Among other specializations

The most recent accreditation decision made by the ACEN Board of Commissioners in September 2022 for the master’s and baccalaureate nursing programs is Continuing Accreditation. The Pre-Licensure BSN has provisional accreditation by the New Jersey Board of Nursing. Full accreditation is granted pending graduation of the first class and meeting the State Board's criterion for NCLEX licensure passing rates.
