- In Year 3, students deepen their preparation by exploring careers in greater depth, considering graduate school options, branding their experiences, securing internships, and continuing to expand their professional connections.
- In Year 4, students focus on launching their careers by applying for jobs or graduate programs, refining and showcasing their experiences, and transitioning from student to professional.
