Student Health and Accident Insurance Fee

Full-time graduate programs with 9 or more credits will be enrolled in a health and accident insurance policy. An opt out can be done for the health insurance only by selecting waive coverage via access to https://studentcenter.uhcsr.com/cse. International Students health insurance cannot be waived. Accident Insurance can only be waived for online only students.
