Driving Directions to SEU

Santa Rita Hall
(Admissions and General Administration Offices)

From New York and New England

Take I-80 West to I-287 South (to Morristown). Proceed to Exit 35 - Madison Avenue/Route 124. At the top of the exit ramp, turn left onto Madison Avenue. At the fifth traffic light, turn left onto Convent Road. Entrance to the SEU campus is just across the railroad tracks. Santa Rita Hall is the brick building adjacent to the greenhouse on your left; please park in the Visitor's Parking lot in the front of the building.

Take Route 3 West to Route 46 West. Continue on to I-80 West and take I-287 South. Proceed to Exit 35 - Madison Avenue/Route 124. At the top of the exit ramp, turn left onto Madison Avenue. At the fifth traffic light, turn left onto Convent Road. Entrance to the SEU campus is just across the railroad tracks. Santa Rita Hall is the brick building adjacent to the greenhouse on your left; please park in the Visitor's Parking lot in the front of the building.

Follow the signs to New Jersey Turnpike (Jersey City Extension). Take the Turnpike to I-78 (Newark Airport toll plaza). After toll, take I-78 West to Exit for Route 24 (Morristown). Take Route 24 to Exit 2A (Route 510 West). After ramp, move to the far left lane and turn left at the first traffic light (Park Avenue). Proceed on Park Avenue, continue to Punch Bowl Road (on right, about .7 miles, immediately before the entrance to the University). Turn right onto Punch Bowl Road and proceed to Madison Avenue/Route 124. Turn left onto Madison Avenue/Route 124 and continue to Convent Road. Turn left onto Convent Road. Entrance to the University campus is just across the railroad tracks. Santa Rita Hall is the brick building adjacent to the greenhouse on your left; please park in the Visitor's Parking lot in the front of the building.

Cross the Tappan Zee Bridge and travel eight miles along the New York Thruway North past Garden State Parkway to the Spring Valley toll. After the toll, take Exit 15 (South Jersey I-287, 17). Bear right on ramp and follow signs for I-287 South (Morristown). Proceed to Exit 35 - Madison Avenue/Route 124. At the top of the exit ramp, turn left onto Madison Avenue. Annunciation Center/Dolan Performance Hall

Take I-80 West to I-287 South (to Morristown). Proceed to Exit 35 - Madison Avenue/Route 124. At the top of the exit ramp, turn left onto Madison Avenue. At the fifth traffic light, turn left onto Convent Road. Entrance to the University’s campus is just across the railroad tracks. Proceed to the guard house and veer left at the fork. Proceed through the stop sign at the bottom of the hill. Make the first left into the St. Joseph’s parking lot, if you miss this entrance there will be another entrance approx. 200 feet ahead (if you get to the roundabout, you have gone too far). The Annunciation Center will be straight ahead (it is the newest building on campus). You can park in any open space.

Take Garden State Parkway North to Exit 142B. I-78 will divide a few miles from the exit. Keep to the right and follow signs to Route 24 (Morristown). Take the New Jersey Turnpike North to Exit 10. Take I-287 North to Exit 35 - Madison Avenue/Route 124. Stay to the left on the exit ramp. From the exit ramp stoplight, turn left onto South Street. Make the first, immediate right at the sign for Route 124 East and then make the next right onto Madison Avenue/Route 124 East. Morristown Medical Center will be on your left. Stay to the right and proceed on Madison Avenue/Route 124 East. At the fifth light, turn left onto Convent Road. Entrance to the University’s campus is just across the railroad tracks. Proceed to the guard house and veer left at the fork. Proceed through the stop sign at the bottom of the hill. Public Transportation to SEU

By Plane

The Morristown area is served by Newark Liberty International Airport (30 minutes east of SEU) and by LaGuardia and J.F.K. International Airports in New York City.

By Train

New Jersey Transit trains to the SEU campus originate from Hoboken, New Jersey or New York's Pennsylvania Station. The train stops directly at the gate of Saint Elizabeth University (Convent Station stop). The "Midtown Direct" makes the trip to and from Manhattan in only 45 minutes each way.
