Frank DeRogatis

Frank DeRogatis is the director of It's A Wonderful Life at SEU. He is in his final year of undergraduate study and is a criminal justice major with minors in both psychology and victim services.

Frank has an extensive background in theatre. On top of several years of theatre classes, he has previously acted in productions of It's A Wonderful Life (he had the role of Mr. Potter), Inherit the Wind, Three Sisters, and more. He has also written three short plays, assisted behind the scenes, and functioned as the stage manager for an original play, Insurance Sharks.

Frank was inspired to help revitalize the performing arts at SEU after he was sitting in Dolan Performance Hall for a class and realized what a magnificent space it was. Despite being aware that the process would be very difficult, Frank remembered that "there are always a million reasons not to do something" and decided to pursue this ambition by directing his favorite play.
